All customers are unique and all properties have their conditions. Regardless of whether it is an extension or a detached orangery you have in mind, our starting point is always you, your property and your dream. Getting something unique requires both time and commitment, both from us and from you. Here we describe the process in brief and how we create the dream in glass.
In an initial meeting with one of our architects, we discuss your project, your vision, challenges in an extension and how we connect to the surrounding garden.
We follow up with a presentation where you get to see between 2-3 proposals that we look at in rendered 3D models and in detail.
After the presentation, we will send you the proposals in a pdf for comments and feedback. Once we have agreed on a design, we can proceed with producing your price
In most cases, a building permit document is needed for a building permit or a building notification.
Vansta helps you with all the documents you need to submit your building permit.
We can also handle performance declarations on stoves or other additional parts in a building permit such as facade changes or retaining walls.
When you have received your building permit and want to proceed with implementation, we draw up an order confirmation with drawings for you to sign.
We go through a checklist that includes all the parts we need to proceed with a production of your orangery, which must also be signed by you.
When we have everything ready to start production, we schedule delivery and assembly into our calendar. Before you build a conservatory or an orangery, you always receive a complete ground plan.
Here we show all parts of ground and masonry work and give instructions regarding electricity and other specialist craftsmen. If you want, we at Vansta can take on complete project management responsibility for your building and keep all the parts of your building project together.
When we build an extended conservatory, we always make a control measurement of the existing property, its design and the slope of the facade and other deviations. We attach great importance to the meeting between the existing property and the new extension.
Advice is always included and if you want a dedicated project manager for planning lighting, heating, flooring and construction, you can order this as an add-on.
We take care of your transport and unloading of your goods, which is usually done by crane. The goods are insured with us until they are unloaded at you.
If you want to take out supplementary construction insurance, we can arrange this. Our assembly team is always booked in connection with your delivery but can never be guaranteed to start immediately.
In connection with the start of assembly, we review whether we need scaffolding or other fall protection and our assemblers' other needs on the construction site, such as a work shed or accommodation.
After the assembly is finished, you can take part in our self-checks. In the event of any inspection remarks, we remedy these in accordance with good professional practice.
