All customers are unique and all properties have their own conditions. Whether it is an extension or a standalone orangery you have in mind, our starting point is always you, your property, and your dream. Creating something unique requires both time and commitment, from both us and you. Here we briefly describe the process and how we create the dream in glass.
In an initial meeting with one of our architects, we outline your project, your vision, challenges in an extension, and how we connect to the surrounding garden.
We follow up with a presentation where you will receive between 2-3 proposals that we review in rendered 3D models and in detail.
After the presentation, we will send the proposals in a PDF to you for comments and feedback. Once we have agreed on a design, we can proceed to develop your price
In most cases, a building permit document is required for a building permit or a building notification.
Vansta assists you with all the documents you need to submit your building permit.
We can also handle performance declarations for stoves or other additional components in a building permit such as facade changes or retaining walls.
Once you have received your building permit and wish to proceed with implementation, we will prepare an order confirmation with drawings for you to sign.
We will go through a checklist that includes all the components we need to proceed with the production of your orangery, which also needs to be signed by you.
When we have everything ready to start production, we will schedule delivery and assembly in our calendar. Before your construction of a conservatory or an orangery, you will always receive a complete site plan.
Here we show all components in site and masonry work and provide instructions regarding electrical work and other specialized craftsmen. If you wish, we at Vansta can take full project management responsibility for your construction and coordinate all parts of your building project.
When we build an extended conservatory, we always perform a control measurement of the existing property, its execution, and the slope of the facade and other deviations. We place great importance on the interaction between the existing property and the new extension.
Consultation is always included, and if you would like a dedicated project manager for the planning of lighting, heating, flooring, and construction, you can order this as an addition.
We take care of your transport and unloading of your goods, which usually occurs with a crane truck. The goods are insured with us until they are unloaded at your location.
If you wish to arrange a supplementary construction insurance, we can arrange that.detta.VOur installation team is always booked in connection with your delivery but can never be guaranteed to start immediately.
In connection with the start of installation, we assess whether we need scaffolding or other fall protection and our installers' other needs on the construction site, such as a work cabin or accommodation.
After the installation is completed, you will receive our self-checks. In the event of any inspection remarks, we will address these according to good professional practice.
