Our orangery constructions are built with VANSTA CLASSIC, a profile system where details and thoughtful work are the focus. Our supplier is a well-renowned company known worldwide for its high-quality aluminum building systems. Our strength lies in the aesthetic design with beautiful and well-thought-out details.Within VANSTA CLASSIC, we offer a wide range of aluminum systems for windows, doors, facades, sliding systems, folding systems, conservatories, winter gardens, railings, and roof systems, both insulated and non-insulated. We prioritize only systems with high insulation capacity and the best available U-values.Our profiles are powder-coated and come in a wide spectrum of colors, including glossy, matte, pearlescent, and metallic effects. We carefully follow all technical processes according to EN standards (Qualicoat) to ensure high quality and durability.We do not customize according to standard measurements, which allows for total integration of your conservatory with your existing house to create a cohesive and beautiful overall picture. Your conservatory can be built in various shapes, colors, and dimensions according to your specific wishes. We take into account wind and snow loads to ensure stability and safety.
Our U-values are calculated with both aluminum parts and glass as a complete glazed profile. They vary depending on how much of the surface is glazed and the choice of glass.
Roof hatches can only be made with double glazing. Functional glass with, for example, fire classification or enhanced UV protection can be ordered, as well as colored or machine-drawn glass.
In all our projects, we calculate the snow load. We start from the snow zone of the geographical location right from the beginning. If necessary, we can incorporate steel reinforcement in the profiles completely hidden from view, but it may also happen that we need additional steel reinforcement, especially in buildings with a large width. As a rule, we also use tension rods in the eaves of our orangery.
We can easily create very large buildings and custom solutions.
In a wider door opening or in ceilings with large spans, a steel reinforcement may be necessary. As a first step, we make this inside the profile and completely concealed for you, but sometimes a steel frame may be required. In our planning, we design this, and if necessary, we can include it in our delivery. All steel is surface treated and galvanized.
