Please note: It is important that your Queen Anne base is placed on a firm and level surface that suits the conditions and loads of the location. Use an 8-to-1 sand/cement bed mortar to ensure that the weight of the base and the urn or planting container is distributed evenly across the base, avoiding torsional or lateral loads.
