All products from Haddonstone are delivered on a pallet to the address you have provided. Delivery of smaller goods is usually delivered with a tail lift on a drivable road. Larger deliveries may need a loader for unloading, see information on your order confirmation.

Goods from Haddonstone are made-to-order goods that are produced uniquely for you in your chosen color and therefore cannot be returned according to regulations in the Consumer Purchase Act.

Faults in goods, damage, or other reasons for complaints must be made in writing with attached pictures of the goods in their original packaging. Complaints must be made no later than 8 days after delivery. The recipient is responsible for checking upon unloading. In the event that damage occurs in connection with unloading or if the goods are damaged in transport, this must be reported directly to the driver with a copy to us.
