All products from Haddonstone are delivered on pallets to the Address you provided. Delivery for smaller goods is usually delivered with a rear -lane on runable road. Larger deliveries may need a loading machine for unloading, see information on your order confirmation.

Goods from Haddonstone are order goods that are produced uniquely for you in your chosen color and therefore cannot be returned according to regulations in the Consumer Purchase Act.

Errors of goods, damage, or other reasons must be made in writing with attached pictures of the product in its original packaging. Complaints must make no later than 8 days after delivery. The recipient is responsible for checking on unloading.
